Rental Agreement

A refundable security deposit of $125 is collected once your booking is confirmed, along with your rental fee. The deposit is held to cover things like rental extensions, missing equipment, damage, or excessive cleaning — whatever is left over after your totes are returned and inspected is refunded to you.

You agree to:

• Use the totes only for moving and storage purposes
• Handle them with reasonable care
• Keep them free of chemicals, food, liquids, trash, or pet waste
• Remove any labels, tape, or stickers before pickup
• Keep them somewhere safe and secure while you have them
• Return everything on your scheduled pickup date, empty and accessible

Normal scratches and everyday wear and tear are expected and not charged. For lost or significantly damaged items, a replacement fee is deducted from your deposit (for example, $15 per missing tote, $5 per missing lid). If the total cost of damage or loss is more than your deposit covers, we’ll send you an invoice for the remaining balance.

Extensions are $35 per additional week (or any portion of a week) on any package, and $5 per extra tote if you need more than your original package included. If you keep your totes past your scheduled pickup date without requesting an extension, the same $35/week rate applies automatically.

Please make sure someone’s available (or arrange access in advance) for both delivery and pickup. A $30 fee may apply if we can’t complete a delivery or pickup due to a missed appointment or inaccessible property.

Plans change — if you need to cancel, just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date and we’ll issue a refund, minus a nonrefundable 3% credit card processing fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and cancellations made at the time of delivery are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Totes are provided as-is. Vegas Moving Totes isn’t responsible for damage to or loss of your personal property while it’s stored or transported in our totes, and doesn’t provide insurance coverage for your belongings.
